If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order.
Please confirm the item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange.
All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging.
Note: Any request after 30 days will not be honored.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURN / EXCHANGE?

Yes, we accept the following reasons for return / exchange within 30 days from receiving your order. 

  • Incorrect Product (Color, Size,Style)
  • Product damage
  • Defective Product 
  • Other reasons (non-product quality issues)

ABOUT THE SHIPPING COST ON RETURNS:

For defective items, full refund will be credited,and you do not need to pay the return shipping cost, We will send you a return label after the return is approved.
For non-defective items, Customer need to pay the Return shipping costs. And refund excludes shipping fees.
(No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.)

Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions in 3 working days if the return is approved.
Please confirm your email including the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase (Order information Screenshot)
  • Reasons for return
  • In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

ABOUT THE RETURN ADDRESS:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address or a return label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. (Note: Please not mail back to the original address without authorization, items returned without authorization will not be accepted).
If your return is accepted but a return shipping label is not provided, we recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.

How do exchanges work?

Exchange orders are created once your returned item(s) are in weighed and scanned in transit.

HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?

Processing returns may take up to 5 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed. And a refund will be issued to the original form of payment in 5 working days
