Can I expedite my order?
We currently do not offer expedited on processing. but you can choose expedited shipping on checkout page.
Can I deliver to multiple addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
How do I change my shipping address?
Before your order is ready for shipment, you can still change your shipping address up to 2 days after the purchase. Contact us by email: [email protected].
Once your order has shipped, we unfortunately can no longer change the address. We recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking numbers to see if they can reroute your order to another address.
Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses are done so via USPS for final delivery (through the military mail system). Shipments to APO/FPO can take up to 45 additional days to arrive.
Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means that we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.
Do you alert us once our order ships?
Yes! An email will be sent to you with the tracking information once it ships out to you!
Where do I get tracking info?
An email with tracking details will be sent to you the moment your product is shipped out!
What should I do if I received a notification that my order has been delivered, but I haven’t received it?
If your package was marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please wait 48 hours before contacting customer service. In most cases, a carrier marks a package as delivered prematurely, and the package will arrive within 48 hours. In some cases, the package was delivered to a neighbor or placed in a different mailbox. If you can, please ask your neighbors if they have seen the package before contacting customer service. If you still have not found the package, please email us at [email protected], and we will let you know of next steps.
Please report all packages as missing or lost within 1 week of the expected delivery date. You can report a package as missing by emailing customer service at [email protected]. If a package is reported as missing > 1 week after expected delivery date, you will be asked to file a claim with the postal carrier.

Unfortunately, we are not able to apply discount codes to past orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Please email us at support@onemorepuzzle.com within 24H with your order details we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.
We cannot cancel orders after 24H.
What’s the status of my order?
Following a successful order, please expect a confirmation email. Once your order ships, we will send a second email with your tracking information.
The most recent information on your order is always available via the receipt link provided in our email correspondence.
